For the love of God can someone help me with the Music Box Puzzle of RE3?

I am tearing my hair out. I have spent the better half of 3 hours doing this puzzle, I’ve shown it to 20+ people and none of us can figure it out.

I’ve just looked around the first floor of the building again and found a second music box, so idk which one to use, plus all the videos I find online have something written on the lid, but mine doesn’t.

Please help, I am losing the will to live
