i recently started breaking out in hives with no known cause. ive tried a couple different antihistamines but they keep cropping up and im worried it's something serious and can't see my doctor for a while since i work 9-5. i can hardly focus because i have all the typical allergy symptoms but nothing is helping to get rid of them. it's making me feel more frightened and stressed than i have in a long time. i deal with a lot of anxiety and unfortunately couldn't help spiralling about this.
