Tapering off 75mg- how have your guys' experiences been?

Hey guys, I've been on this medication for like, roughly 6 or 7 (lol) months. I was at 37.5 mg, then went up after a month and a half to 75, and have been feeling really good. I'm just kind of sick of having to take medication every day and dealing with withdrawal when I forget. I recently started tapering and am on my fourth day of 37.5mg again, and I'm feeling like I have the flu, mild brain zaps, brain fog, and being mentally super tired all day. So anyways, how long did it take you guys to taper off and how long does it take to start not feeling shitty? Thanks for the help!!

Hello! I got 3 millipedes about a week ago, and they've been in this home since. I make sure to water it when it feels kinda dry, and I do one side more than another so they can choose what they like. There's a lot more wood hidden under the leaves, too. The soil is Scott's Topsoil. They are american giant millipedes (/Narceus americanus/). I'm really worried they are going to die or have a bad life, so I'm trying to do as much research as I can. I try to only handle them occasionally, like once every few days. I only really ever find one at a time (I think it's the same one every time? She's very curious and does not curl up in a ball or secrete the poison on me or anything), I don't dig for them, I just move the leaves around and check under the wood sometimes. I see a lot of their droppings around, so I hope that's evidence of all 3 still being there. Anyways, thank you for your help!!

(Note that hand is not mine, it's my partner's lol)

Hi guys! I'm a college student and recently did a lab with Millipedes and I asked to take them home because they were really cute and cool creatures. My only problem is I've never had any "weird" pets like millipedes before. I will be having 3 of them and they are like 3-4 inches long and brown. They live together in the lab right now. How can I give these three the absolute best life I can? Price of things isn't an issue within reason. Also, ideally it's not too huge of a home for them, as I need to move out from my dorm room to my home a few hours away by car. If that's necessary, I can figure something out for them. I have literally nothing right now.
