DRACAENA FRANGRANS acting out
Hi everybody,
I need some tips and suggestions on how to proceed with my dracaena: you can see she is not doing well (pic 2), I basically had to cut and propagate in water (pic 3) one of the 2 branches because it was drying up basically, and it seems like the same is slowly happening to the other one. However (pic 1) you can see that a new little plant is emerging from the soil, I was speechless when I saw it a few days ago!
My question(s) is: is it normal for new plants to come out of the soil like this? And what could be possibly be happening to the plant that the "old" plant is dying but a new one is emerging? Do you also suggest cutting the other branch? And do you suggest propagating in water or in the soil?
