Do you know this guy? He’s harassing and threatening kids for lawfully fishing in University Park.

Last Friday morning, July 10th, a teen boy went fishing at Williams Park in University/Highland Park (Dallas, Tx area) - this is a public park where children fish every day and also have fishing tournaments. As he was fishing, a man began harassing him about fishing there. He was upset for no reason and and called the boy names and tried to hit his phone out of his hand before the boy started recording. He was cursing at a child for lawfully catch and release fishing at a park! Thankfully, there was a park employee who witnessed this and helped the boy and stayed with him until mom arrived. My heart is heavy for so many reasons. By the time mom arrived, the man was gone. They think he left on foot so he probably lives near by. The park employee stayed with the boy until mom arrived and they found a police officer and spoke to him. If you know who this might be, please reach out. We are trying to have him identified as people or children cannot be threatened or treated like this at a park.
