Hi Kraken Support Team,

My outbound Bitcoin withdrawal (approx. 50,000 EUR) has just been changed to "On Hold" status after sitting in "wird ausgeführt" (executing) for nearly 40 hours.

I have already submitted a formal support ticket explaining the situation, but I have not received a helpful update.

This delay is causing me immediate financial damage. The market is moving, and I am losing money every hour this transaction remains frozen due to your system's delay. The funds originated cleanly from my personal bank account, and there is no legitimate reason to hold up this transfer.

Could a moderator please escalate my Ticket to a compliance supervisor immediately? I need this processed and cleared up ASAP.
