Charcoal grill delivers again with the reverse seared tomahawk, which has now become the birthday staple meal of choice for the family.

Thickest one I’ve ever cooked, took about 30 minutes on the indirect side and 2-3 minutes ripping on the fire with a ten minute rest.

2 inch thick tomahawk on the kettle tonight. 40 minutes indirect then a blast of fire for 45 seconds on each side.
