Hi, I’m looking for medical advice regarding some bumps and uneven skin tone on my penis. The area is not painful and I have not experienced itching, burning, discharge, or other symptoms, but I noticed changes in the skin texture and appearance that concern me. I’ve attached a photo for reference and would appreciate guidance on whether this looks normal and how to get rid of the bumps and even out the skin tone. It is very embarrassing. Have had these for almost a year and it's gotten worse.
