I’m reaching out because I’m currently blocked while trying to create my TikTok Shop Seller Center account. I received a message mentioning “abnormal risk assessment,” which is preventing me from completing the registration.
I then contacted the TikTok Shop AI assistant to understand the issue, and it indicated that the problem might be due to a missing RNE (Registre National des Entreprises) I'm in France. However, during the registration process, I was never prompted to provide this document, and I cannot find any section where I can upload or submit it.
Could you please help me to know what is causing this issue and guide me on how to resolve it? If the RNE is required, could you let me know where and how I should provide it?
