Ever since I reset my pc rust has become unplayable. I can play on aim train servers but when I join any server fresh wipe or not, its just unplayable, its just constant micro stutters. I've never had issue prior to resetting my computer and I'm on the lowest possible settings. I am playing at 2560 x 1440 but lowering my resolution doesn't do anything really. If anyone knows a fix please help.

GPU - ASUS DUAL 5060 8 GB

RAM - 16GB DDR4 3200mhz

SSD- Samsung 256gb nvme ssd
