Hi all

I started last week in a grocery store working in the pick up department (online shopping and delivering to the customers car outside) and when I started the departments manager called out the day I started and started NCNS so he’s pretty much done, so they’re looking for a department lead to take his spot. I got asked yesterday if I was interested in taking is spot. For those of you who work in a similar department like fulfillment or whatever, what is something you wish your manager did that would make your life easier, but they don’t do it. Also the department is super small, 6 employees including myself so once I actually get my job title switched I’ll be overseeing/managing 5 employees
