Like many others, I’m sure, I’m paying $30+ more a month than a new customer. And mind you, I only get 500 mbps and 1 gig is $30 cheaper for 5 years for new people. Seriously?? Try chatting with an agent to review options and they FORCE Xfinity mobile on you and no where near the new customer price.
Unfortunately, Xfinity is the only provider I have accessible to me. Otherwise I would cancel. Signed up for waitlist for Starlink and Verizon home 5G. Has anyone worked through this and found some kind of reasonable solution??
