If you’re here in this subreddit, I’m really sorry. Our neighbor has a dog that recently gave birth. I also have two lovely Golden Retriever dogs. Last week, our neighbor’s dog gave birth near our storage area. Right now, the back part of our house is under construction. While I was cleaning, I found one of the puppies dead inside our storage. I think it may have ingested some paint chemicals that I stored there. It probably got inside because our fence has gaps where small animals like puppies or cats can pass through. I was scared to tell my neighbor that the puppy died in our place because I was worried they might get angry. So I just buried the puppy myself. It was an accident, but I feel like we caused our neighbor’s puppy to die.
