I am planning to watch the sciastra biology oneshots from 2025 along with ncert and notes from a neet aspirant. Will it help?

I just gave iat 2022 mock and scored 118. What was the overall cutoff in 2022? What I saw was but low where 120 - 130 marks for IISER pune and Kolkata so is it true??
