Hi all, I am making some heavy decisions here and selling some nice stuff. I bought a lot over the past few weeks, and need to let some stuff go. These are my approximate break even prices, and I got everything from other members unless specifically denoted.

I love the BY. I am not using it enough though, so it is time to send her off to a new home.

Konosuke Sumiiro Gyuto 210 (BNIB) $445
This is a very cool knife, that unfortunately I never got to using. I’ve bought a lot of knives recently, so I have to let some go. The exact model from Tosho is “KONOSUKE MADEI SUMIIRO GYUTO 210MM BURNT CHESTNUT HANDLE”. I paid a good chunk more than this when duties and shipping were included.

Kagekiyo Gyuto 240 W2 (BNIB) $495 Sold
This is one of the Nishida ones, and is a knife that deserves the love it gets. I got this from another member here for this price, but ended up with my Kagekiyo grail. I’d love to keep both, but that’s just not practical.

Takeda Gyuto 240 NAS (BNIB) $675 Sold
It’s a cool knife, very tall! Almost a paddle! But I have a few very tall knives like this. I have a wood saya that goes with this if you like, free of charge.

Manaka x Zahocho Bunka 190 B2SS (BNIB) $650 Sold
This is a really cool Manaka, the grind is totally sick. I posted it a few weeks ago and then got cold feet. But I need to be reasonable.

Bundling: I will give priority to anybody who buys more than one knife to save me on some shipping costs.

Pricing: Prices are net to me, I am happy to accept any typical payment method.

Shipping: I pay shipping to the CONUS. We can figure out worldwide shipping.

Hi all, (very late) spring cleaning continues for me. I have too many knives I am not using, so some have to go. This bundle is priced less than my break even because I got hit with the tariff hammer in the Sumiiro.

This is being sold as a bundle only. Both knives account for about 1/2 the bundle price each.

Konosuke Gyuto 210 NT Stainless Damascus (Excellent condition)
This is kind of unique Kono, and is a nice Damascus stainless offering that they ran for a bit. Originally purchased from Bernal, very minimal use.

Konosuke Gyuto 210 Sumiiro (BNIB)
For some reason I dont see too many of these floating around, and definitely one of the nice Kono offerings. Originally came from Tosho in a post tariff world, so I’m taking a big hit on this one.

More (late) spring cleaning continues! This is a unique piece that I’m letting go of. It’s a Manaka x Zahocho collab. The grind is far more aggressive than a typical Manaka (I own a few). Letting her go because it’s kind of redundant with a serious grail Manaka I have hidden away lol.

I personally like the B2SS versions of the Manaka knives because you get the edge region of the B2 core, but also the stainless steel cladding to keep the depths of the hammer craters rust free. I bought this on the secondary market, and am selling for a bit below my break even.

Price is $650 net to me. I cover shipping CONUS. I can accept any typical payment method in the US. I can also ship worldwide, just ask.

I absolutely love the BY. I have a few of the premium Konos, and this is my favorite model. I am using 1, but a 2nd one is superfluous. So, here it is.

Konosuke Gyuto 210 Sumiiro $445
For some reason I dont see too many of these floating around, but it’s a nice contender on the more affordable side for Konosuke. Originally came from Tosho, the listed price is MSRP before the +50% they charge at checkout for shipping to the US.

Konosuke Suji 270 HD2 $495
This is a wonderful knife for meat and sushi, super nimble and not too unruly. I bought a used one from a friend, so I dont need 2. Especially because the other one has some sentimental value now.

Konosuke Petty 150 HD2 $325
I got this to pair with the Suji. I’d really think it’s cool if they were kept as a set.

Hey all, I am selling some knives that I think are really beautiful, but just don’t make sense for me to keep if I am not using. I’m trying to not just hold onto stuff indefinitely. I know some of these makers are pretty popular here. However, I know that Masakage kind of flies under the radar, but are great in all aspects. They easily sit in performance and quality beside the others here.

Shindo Santoku 180 (BNIB) $195
This is a great value knife, and deserves the love it gets here I think. I bought this in a bundle with a few other knives for a bit more than this price, but I wanted to keep it below the two hundred mark.

I purchased these from Meesterslijpers (great guys over there). I paid a fair bit more than the prices I listed here. But I found them out of stock on CKTG and undercut those prices. These are all really beautiful stainless knives. I have a few that I am keeping, but I don’t need this many of them.

Hi all, I’m unfortunately having to make a few tough decisions after buying far too many knives and having some very similar ones.

For sale is a Tetsujin Gyuto 240 Kasumi Silver#3 (Ginsan). It’s in mint condition, and has not been used. (But the lacquer has been stripped by me.) I bought this from another member here, who originally purchased it from Tosho as far as I am aware.

I’m looking to get $645 G&S shipped CONUS for this knife, which is my break even before seller fees. I can offer a small discount to those who use a feeless payment method. I can ship world wide, we can figure out a price, but I do think it makes sense to keep this knife in the US as duties were already paid.

I can also offer basically the exact same knife in the same condition as a 210 for a lower cost alternative.
