Hey everyone,

I’m having a weird issue with my Razer BlackWidow V4 Pro

The Problem:
• The RGB lighting works perfectly.
• The Media Knob and Volume Roller work.
• The FN + Sleep shortcut actually works (my PC goes to sleep).
• HOWEVER, none of the actual typing keys work at all. No letters, numbers, or modifiers register in Notepad or games.

What I’ve tried so far:

Swapping cables. I realized I was using the Lightning/Bolt port for a while, but I have since moved the primary cable to the USB Logo port.
Plugging directly into the motherboard (USB 3.0/3.1 red/blue ports).
The Hard Reset: Holding Esc + Caps + Space while plugging it in.
Uninstalling the "HID Keyboard Device" in Device Manager and letting Windows reinstall it.
Closing all Razer Synapse processes in Task Manager to see if it’s a software hang.

Since FN + Sleep works, I know the keyboard is talking to the PC, but the "typing" side of the board seems totally frozen.
Has anyone dealt with this "partial" unresponsiveness before? Is there a specific firmware updater that forces the keys to wake up, or is this a confirmed hardware defect?
