I am considering taking advantage of elevated bonus for Alaska Atmos Ascent card

I pay about $2100 rent per month through BILT portal which pulls out money from my BoA checking account. Does it make sense to instead pay rent using the credit card and pay 3% transaction fee to acquire points?
Flying habits:
- located in Alaska hub (Seattle), always have option to take Alaska flight from SEA to SFO and other regions. Fly at least 3 times per year with a companion (+1) on this route
- International travel: at least 2 round trip tickets per year, mainly to South East Asia via Europe and Middle East.
Given this, would you recommend spending 3% extra (~$900) to acquire points?
