Eating medical clay helped my brainfog and derealisation so much

Been struggling with ibs-c for 9 years and a relative gifted it and I've tried so many things i tought it wont hurt even tho it seemed more like traditional medicine stuff and it lifted my brain fog so much i actually cant belive it. But no improvements or change on my bms

Here in german its called healing clay or soil and you can get it at the pharmacy and you take it as powder or pebbles with plenty of water and supposedly has almost no side effects except constipation if you dont drink enough with it.

I havent read enough into it but supposedly it binds toxins and bad bacteria but also be careful cause it also binds to meds and nutreins, at best leave a ~2h gap before or after eating and intake.

Sharing this because its the first time i found any sigificant improvement on what I've been dealing with. It didn't fully remove my brainfog of course but i feel way more back to how i used to be

Impressed by Healing Soil/Clay

Im the last person to go towards alternative medicine type ideas, but at the same time ive tried so many things already mostly without any improvement to my ibs C so i didnt expect itd do anything at all but was gifted a box of it by relatives so it didnt hurt to try.

It didnt fix my ibs c, but its the first time ive actually noticed significant improvement on the brain fog that just kept worsening over the past couple months with no improvement and feelink like a heavy rock is on my head and so much pressure and feeling swollen. I actually feel noticably clearer now and am curious about other peoples experiences if there is any similar?

Its a pharmacy pack with little sachets of pebbles you swallow with a lot of water and supposedly they bind to too much acid or toxins, but i havent read into it enough to talk on if thats actual science

My current suspicion is that i have microbiome issues that the bacteria either produced toxic things or sth towards mcas. And then maybe what i just took helped bind thw toxins causing the brainfog?

Makes mw curious to also try charcoal since some ppl here talk about it

Side effects? Slightly harder stool, but nothing too bad, probably shouldve drank a 2nd cup of water.

Also i dont really think its placebo because im usually scared and was also here to try new meds because it usually made things worse for a couple days. And also my bf commented on me feeling more emergetic and seeming happier before i noticed :]

TLDR: Tried "healing clay" gifted by relatives noticably helped my bad brainfog. Looking if other ppl also had positive experiences with it
