I'm new to watches and I would like to buy a "starter watch" that's great for networking w/ the right people. I'm honestly between these two. I prefer the Seiko because it's more subtle, feels a bit more luxurious, while the Tissot is quite big and it stands out. As far as I know, Tissot is seen as a better brand than Seiko. Would it be relevant in this case? I understand that the Tissot is more of a diver watch and such, but I do kinda like the design of both of them. Which one would you think would be better? I'm getting them as a gift for myself as I just turned 18. They are the same price in my area.
