Hi ladies and gentlemen. Looking for advice on what to do with this flooring.

When having a shower I could feel loose crunchy material under the floor so decided to take a look. Everything is wet so water is leaking through.

The floor doesn't quite reach the trap so possibly through there. Correct me if I'm wrong but it doesn't look like it's been put down correctly. Not sure if this is repairable or it all needs ripping out.

Any advice on dealing with this is appreciated.
