Looking for headphone that can be used for work and school and gym not intense clamp strength for someone who used earbuds and AirPods for their whole life but want something with better battery life and holds for couple years at least.I have looked at solo4 any thoughts if that fits what I’m looking for or any other recommendation budget max $150. I don’t care about bass and rather not have something with immense bass or at least adjustable because these headphones will be on at work and then at gym and studying and I don’t want to get headache from bass being too much throughout day.Thanks much appreciated.

It’s super weird because I’m in sales and can talk a lot of the time, but I get nervous in open settings,especially when I feel people watching me, girls in particular. I don’t know why. I catch myself looking, and even when I try to focus on my work or whatever I’m doing, it’s still there. I hate it.

I even flinched when a big guy walked into the room, which makes me feel weak for reacting like that. And with girls, it’s worse,they don’t even have to be close. They can be across the room and I still feel immense nervousness.Breathing in and out don’t work btw.

I don’t find this to happen as often when I’m standing or I’m handling it better but when I’m sitting and working on something it’s the worst.
