I have a two bedroom one bathroom unfurnished basement suite in Glenbrook for rent starting July 15. Shared laundry, storage space, street and rear parking, decently sized backyard.

$1400 + 40% utilities

It’s a 15-20 min walk to MRU, 5 min drive, and close to transit.
