Currently in BMT going to POP in June. I shattered my elbow 2 years ago and ended up getting a plate for it, planning to get surgery to remove the plate but have heard that long term mc of 1 month+ will lead to extension of ORD date. Is there any procedure I have to follow to find out or should I just not get the surgery done?

Few more questions:
- will 11B cover my surgery? Since its technically not 100% necessary
- will my pes be affected?
