I uploaded it yesterday, YouTube said it violates copyright law so I made an appeal but it rejected my appeal and gave me a strike.

I objected to the strike but it rejected that too.

It's a video essay about kpop demon hunters. It uses muted clips from the movie with my voice over them and a few really short clips from the movie itself including its audio. But it's an interpretation, it's transformative, it's not just taking the movie and putting it online, it's talking about it. There are thousands of videos like this on YouTube, why did mine get taken down? How do I stop it and other videos from getting taken down in the future?
