I asked them, real human agent, and Roblox support replied back with same message. I want my account back to try recover back but I want my passkey or backup code to finish 2sv challenge. Somehow I don**’t have any of these methods so it showed me no verification methods, simple mistake : I just changed my password, then log me out? Then my 2sv asked me for QR code. I don’t have any device/accounts to sign me in. Then I tried to use passkey that has old password. But I fall for it. It doesn’t work. Then I tried to recover my account, using email. Luckily my account did verified with my email/phone numbers. And received 6 digit code to type it. Then 2sv challenge appeared, which I have enhanced protection ON. Well since I have no passkey or backup code to pass this challenge. I tried to contact Roblox support. I typed everything that Issue, Somehow more than 4 tickets they send me just reset password, which lead me the same page that I wanted to recover my account.
Please don’t hate me, it’**s my fault.

Roblox support said : they deactivate it. But when I tried to recover it, my freaking 2sv still active BUT WHERE ARE THE VERIFICATION METHOD?

What is that, why there**’s no option to select verification method?

Hi, I tried to recover my account using email and received 6 digit code, and somehow 2 step verification is still active. Because I have my “enhanced protection” enabled and forgot to disable it. my problem is : I recently changed my new password by accident. And it signed out all my devices that my account had. Then came back to this, I was trying to put my old password, to change it now my passkey was messed up. I don**’t have a back up code, or passkey resembling the old password.
Then I was trying to put both passwords, they don’t work anymore. Now I have this option to recover my account, yes thats right. I typed my email, then waited for code, now for that one. ( The 2 step verification ). As you can see, there WAS NO OPTION to choose a verification method. I have no idea. Then I pressed** **“Lost access to the 2SV methods?”. Then it leads me to this page. For me I was struggling to contact Roblox support, to recover my account or password or maybe 2 step verification was already disabled. And somehow, I tried double checking all caused by “enhanced protection”. I really lost access to my account, my progress, my friends.**
Anyone have idea to explain that?
