How do I know the difference between dizziness from my heart or from cervical dizziness?

Hi, I’ve been dealing with dizziness for about 3 years now. I am pretty much always floating around. I have larger breasts and because of this I have pretty awful posture. I have that weird hump on my neck from it and suffer from regular migraines. I am pretty much always dizzy/light headed. The symptoms get worse when I’m in the heat, or over work myself. My heart rate gets high and was diagnosed with tachycardia. I still don’t know why I’m dizzy though. I was pretty much gaslit by my doctor for over a year until I found a cardiologist who didn’t take referrals. However my dizziness hasn’t gone away even with the medication I take. I don’t know. Is it my heart? Or could it be something with my spine? Any input is would be nice. I’m just tired.

What is something that gets you through the day?

Hello. I am 25 F. Been diagnosed for quite a few years now. I’m struggling quite a bit at the moment mentally. What is something that gets you through?
