I'm finding someone to takeover my lease from May to July 31. It's renewable before May 31. Summer lease price is negotiatale.

The unit is on the third floor, facing south, and is quiet with no noise from upstairs. The unit comes unfurnished, but we can discuss keeping your furniture if you wish.

The complex features a free coffee machine, a print room, a gym, a swimming pool, a recreation room, and a barbecue area, and pets are allowed. Property management is excellent—repairs are handled quickly, and they frequently organize community events.

There is a bus stop right at the complex entrance with direct service to the school, and it’s a 10-minute drive to the school.

It’s right next to Walmart and Meijer, making daily life very convenient.
