Please help, currently pregnant and noticed this lump about six weeks ago. It hasn't changed in size or shape or no others appeared. It's smooth, squishy and painless/ no itching. I got it around the same time I suffered with piles not sure that's related ? No new sex partners in 8 years, 25years old and 34 weeks pregnant

I've got no symptoms other than this lump. Currently pregnant 25 no new sex partners in 8 years. Suffered with piles during pregnancy and this came up about this same time but never any pain or itching. Only lump had for about 6 weeks and it hasn't changed in size. It's smooth surface and squishy. Thank you
