I’m a 21-year-old IT student from Kazakhstan, specializing in information security and network systems.

I’m exploring the possibility of moving to Lithuania after graduation to start my career in IT (mainly cybersecurity / infrastructure / networking roles).

I would like to ask:

• How realistic is it for a non-EU junior to enter the IT job market in Lithuania?
• Are companies open to hiring entry-level foreign candidates?
• What is the typical entry-level salary range in IT?
• Is Lithuania a good first step into the EU tech market?

I’m not asking for a full relocation plan, just real-world insight from people with experience.
