What's it like working with an agency (from the perspective of a candidate)?
Hello, I'm a software engineer/technical writer getting back into things. Especially post AI, the game seems to have fundamentally changed to where we've automated the humans out of the process. For candidates with experience who are looking for work and don't want to throw another resume into the void, what would you recommend? In what situations is it better to work with a small agency over a large corporation?
