Today is the four year mark on my rhinoplasty, and I am still extremely unhappy with how my nostrils look. I wanted to get some thoughts on whether this can be fixed easily or if a full revision would be required.
Edit : Thank you to everyone for the input, my nostrils were pretty much perfectly symmetrical pre nose job so I guess that’s what I keep comparing to. I agree that there is a large chance that something else can go wrong with a revision so I will learn to just accept it as it is.
