I am ages 12-16 and am addicted to masturbation not necessarily the porn but the dopamine and feeling of masturbation and it has consumed me I have been 3 days clean i know I can’t do it by my self forever and I have no one to talk to so I am going here how have ya‘ll stopped I need to stop as the addiction is not as bad as it can be but I need y’all’s help I tried cram my schedule but it just creates stress which doesn’t help please give me tips I don’t know what to do
