Good budget reverse reverb pedal

Im looking for a reverse reverb pedal, but i can't find anything, and if i do, it's either a second hand 300 USD pedal or a new 400 USD pedal, and i want something for like, 150 dollars or under, it can even be a multi effects pedal, is there something like that? or is there a way i can ¨create¨ reverse reverb by myself with a regular reverb pedal?

Eu tenho outras distorções sim, e todas elas tem ruido mas nenhuma tem um ruido Assim, essa frecuencia aguda que até quando eu baixo o volume da guitarra segue Incomodando, alguém sabe se algum noise gate ou alguma coisa assim iria resolver?
