The strategy is more or less the same as before, only that now we are gonna focus more on having always a beer luffy on game (as always with this deck) and then play 8c nami + 6c brook (when attacking give -2k to two characters). We have always avaible the afro luffy as a finisher and we must protect all the bodies on board, specially the beer luffy and the brook.
2 cost Chopper — Is the one that gonna save our ass when we need to recover any strawhat from the trash, to play on infinite loop the namis or recovering the beer Luffy in early turns.
Dock 5 — A card that I personally only use on few occasions, mostly to bring a blocker to the board, but usually it is not such a good card to play, so I have been thinking about replacing it with something else.
Gum Gum Lighting — Will help us to remove those cavendish from Lucy and Rebecca same as other cards like the Borsalino blockers or any other valuable card that we want to KO yes or yes. With the brook we in combination we can also kill characters with more than 6k.
8-cost Nami — Such a good card. It lets you play a 7-cost Strawhat from the trash onto your board and gives rush to it. This combo has some combinations depending on your opponent's board, and sometimes it is tricky to play with the trash since we don't have so many cards that send our deck to the trash. That is something I need to check because the game should be played around the beer Luffy and this Nami.
6-cost Brook and 4 cost Brook — A really good option to destroy the opponent's board, giving -2k when attacking. Plus attacking from 7k is such a good play to make with the 8-cost Nami.
6-cost Afro Luffy — My personal choice and I like it very much. On a 10-DON turn you can pay 8 for the Nami, bring the Afro Luffy, attach 2 DONs to him, then attack the head or board with 9k, activate its ability, DON -3, becoming active again and recovering another DON with the leader effect, to hit a second time with 9k — plus leaving a DON for defense or hitting with 10k. It is such a fun way to finish a match.
