I'm not sure my mom's going to do her part of my fafsa...

I (19F) am planning to do online college. In order to do that, I need to submit my FAFSA form. I have finished my part of the form; I just need my mom to fill out her part. The tricky part is my mom is forgetful. But she also gets irritated easily. So if I wait to remind her, she'll get upset that I didn't remind her earlier, but if I remind her more than once or twice, she's going to get irritated with me and tell me to stop " nagging" her. Also, she's always been a helicopter parent due to the fact that I am high functioning autistic, so it's been pretty obvious that part of her doesn't want to let me go.

What I want to know is should I remind her and deal with her getting upset, or should I just change my FAFSA form to say that my parent is refusing to fill out her part?
