Fake Hatbox Ghost D Chaser
Traded for this a few months ago one night in the breezeway at Epcot. Didn’t know they had been faked so just did a quick feel test on the spike next to the post and in the dark the pattern on the back seemed legit.
Flash forward to yesterday and when I attempted to trade this the other person refused it and then explained the reasons. Besides the unclear stamping the space in-between the mickey heads should be smooth and not textured. Comparing to other D’s from that set that I got out of bags myself I confirmed it.
So I’m really bummed because I traded a good LE for it, hope this post helps someone else because I’m seeing some pins posted for sale and on verification sites that seem to match mine.
