So after some incredibly frustrating shift selection, I’m done and selected. Phew! But now what? I know there’s uniform/accreditation pickup, I guess we wait for that email. Assume there is Site Specific training? When/where?!
Then got an email about the “Playbook” that’s on a separate site, looks somewhat informative…training (no specifics) FAQs, etc… BUT why is this not on the app?
Toronto volunteer here. FINALLY got the email to select shifts. Odd way of doing it. I selected shifts but wish they provided you a list/cart of what you chose (so you can confirm) THEN you select/“order” them as if you would buying anything online. Currently they have you wait for an email for confirmation. Is it an email per booking, or all together? Anyway, hope I did it correctly!! Have to wait and see I guess… as with all FIFA communications!!
Going to the Toronto AFC soccer game (women’s soccer) this Saturday. I’m in the Supporter’s Section and I’ve been checking to see how full it will be, and I notice that there are now MORE seats available than when I bought them a week ago. How is that possible? I don’t think they are not resale ones.
