Samsung Icemaker won’t harvest.
3 year old Samsung French Door won’t harvest. RF28R6301SR. Currently on third icemaker replaced. Just replaced a board, icemaker, bucket, and tech did a few other revisions in the ice room and put in a pressure regulator for the water line. Harvests when I reset ice maker. I have the Lowes protection plan as it was a no brainer after following this forum. I suspect the problem might be the emitter or ice room temp since we have all those new parts and the receiver is in the icemaker. Ice room temp is 7-9f when I stick an instant read thermometer up through the opening I have opened another ticket and I’m hoping they can solve it before my plan expires Jun 1st. Maybe we can ask Lowe’s for a new one if they can’t fix it.
Any advice on what else to check?
