Outpatient Treatment

I was diagnosed with BED in 2019, and have not received treatment (was getting other mental health treatment in the meantime). I just signed up for an outpatient program that's completely online. It's three days a week, plus a separate therapy appointment, and separate dietician appointment. This will be on top of seeing my therapist once a week, my nurse psychiatrist twice a month, and starting ketamine treatment.

When I had my clinical intake program meeting today, they informed me that I must eat on camera every session. I was already nervous about doing this program because I've never done anything like this before, and now I feel like I'm going to be sick. I hate eating in front of others. I know I need to get out of my comfort zone, but I'm not sure how to get past this besides maybe just looking down and not at the camera when I'm eating? Any suggestions? Thank you!

I'm fairly new to Bakersfield, but the ad above came across my feed one day last week, so we decided to try it on Monday. First of all, the portions are huge, and all the food was delicious. A plus was that they have an A rating from the health department prominently posted in their window. But let me tell you about the margaritas. Holy cow, they are strong. Very heavy pour. My fiance had to stop drinking his after a couple sips for fear he'd get a DWI on the way home. We made a note to take an Uber next time. Highly recommend if you are looking for an inexpensive date where you also get the equivalent of 3 drinks apiece. And the service was excellent. :)
