I was sleeved Dec 4th 2025, and things were kind of rough with transitioning back to real food, I was a slow learner and a fast eater. I just got diagnosed with severe alpha gal syndrome and have lost any mammalian based protein. Looking for vegan protein shake options that tastes the best. Everything online has mixed reviews and it’s all been overwhelming. Thanks for any help!
