Should this mod be removed, or reprimanded or both, could someone help me figure that out?

So, the head moderator of a few subreddits dedicated to finding porn on YouTube took 16 days to even check whether or not a link someone posted contained csam, and only took the post down after all the links on the channel posted were terminated by YouTube, not because those links were advertising csam. I have some screenshots of the post itself, but not of any offending material. I don't mean this to be trash talking, but sixteen days of people arguing about kiddy porn is way too long to leave a link up, right?

Could someone explain a couple things to me?

While clearing out a garage for my sister, I found this in a box of old cards. I briefly checked tcgplayer, but the only results on that page were for old or damaged cards. As far as I know, this card isn't really valuable or sought after, so it being graded a 10 strikes me as odd.

Why would anyone get this graded?

Is this worth anything? Does it's grade affect anything?

What should my next steps be, If any?
