- support@x.ai — The general support email repeatedly listed in the Acceptable Use Policy and help pages
- The “Report Issue” button (three dots ⋯) inside Grok chats — this sends feedback to the team
If you're an investor, you can give them a piece of your mind, too.

- Head of Investor Relations: Andrea Williams (she leads the earnings calls and IR communications)
Tell them how the current moderation standards make Grok unusable. It's not fun anymore, and that you (and your crew) will switch to another service (or sell shares), or anything along the lines of losing money and loyalty because of the increasingly strict moderation. Get creative. Flood their system until they can't ignore our dissatisfaction.
