I came across an NPC looking for gold in a river. I stayed and watched him for a bit, then shot him when he found gold. I also took his horse, whose coat and saddle I really like. she has a bunch of tools and stuff on her, so I never moved my saddle over and just kept her as a temporary horse. however, I accidentally got myself and my main horse killed, and when I respawned, this one had on a regular saddle.

that being said, if I sell her, can I find that same NPC with the same horse?
