So I was just playing through the campaign with a new character and my account got locked... No idea why, though I have also just contacted support, so I hope this gets solved, anyone else had this happen to them? Any idea as to why this could have happened?

I had just reached the first map when you get onto the caravan, forgot its name, but the cave one.
