In the Fatz for President / Guitarzan video, is that what I think it is on top of Fatz Organ?

I always wondered what the thing on top of Fatz organ was, then I read the description and was bewildered. I then found a video called "Mitzi's Boobs" posted within the same timeframe. Knowing Aaron's adult-humor approach at the time... is that actually what it is? (sorry if this ruins the iconic video for some)
