I tried all kinds of methods and asked Claude, Gemini and GPT. Yet none of them could get the HP laserjet pro p 1108 plus working on the CUPS. I am running Raspbian os legacy 32 bit (based on debian bookworm). The problem is with the hpcups plugin as far as I've understood. But if I somehow manage to install the plugin using the cmdline with the cmd

*hp-plugin -i*

And try to do *hp-setup -i,* it still doesn't work.

It says no device detected or something on that lines. But lsusb is able to detect that there is a hp laserjet printer connected to the pi
