We've been going through a lot at work. Structural changes, policy adjustments, layoffs, physical moves, leadership swap-outs. There's been a lot that we cannot control but I might throat punch the next person who replies to me with "at least we have a job" or dismisses me just stating how things realistically are what they are with, "I'm an optimistic person".

We make millions for this organization for no one to value what we do to keep it afloat and steady though this shit. ​
