Bought a cheap .99¢ notebook from Target. Paper quality turned out to be great (especially for fountain pens). I always stretch my notebooks to last a whole year, but this year is different. I'm writing more and drawing more because of this notebook. Figured I'd spam y'all with my mess.
I always thought it was weird that Green was okay with Reacher killing all those people. Yeah, the first few dudes could be chalked up to self-defense. However, witnessing Jack execute a literal defenseless man- begging for his life, was too much. It would literally bring up the other deaths into question. I haven't read the book to this season yet but did anyone find it strange that Green didn't think it was weird that her accomplice was so comfortable with ACTUAL murder?
I saw a bunch of notebooks in the clearance section bin. I felt the paper and realized how much better quality it was than any Moleskin I've ever owned. I wrote in it with different inks and saw no ghosting.
Moleskin paper and notebooks are trash, and I say that as someone that spent years trying to love that company.
I don't know how you guys write so neat. I felt like at any moment I was going to screw up and misspell a word I've written down a million times. This is my nicest handwriting, and it still feels like trash. What do I have to do to make my cursive look like art?
I've tried a lot of different bible journaling methods but my favorite it S.O.A.P. It's very basic but I think that's what makes it so effective. Reading a chapter, summarizing it and meditating on a verse or verses that stand out. It's awesome. What's your favorite method to bible journaling?
I literally have to find 8 words and its reference. This is me dumping out a bunch of my old notebooks hoping I can find it. I can't. I know it's written down somewhere but I can't find it. WTH?! Do you guys have the same problem? Do you guys write stuff down and forget where to find it? I'm ready to just say "Trust me bro" or "I dreamed it"
Unfortunately, I'm very nocturnal. Here are a few shots of my notebook. My pen is a disposable fountain pen (I've been able to hack it so that I can refill it) and the paper is Rhodia A5 90 GSM [goalbook]. Sometimes I like to draw but overall, I like to scribble. Everyone else on here has super gorgeous entries, I just figured I'd ugly up this classy joint.
