Having to climb stairs after c-section

Hello everyone,
So I will give birth via c-section in december, but im getting really scared because I live in the fifth floor and there's no elevator.

For my first c section, sadly my son ended up in NICU, so we went to my parents house to have it easier to visit my son every three hours. He got out of NICU after 3 weeks so my incision was pretty healed.

Right now im so scared. I keep having nightmares that my incision will open while I climb the stairs when returning to my apartment.
Its not an option to go to my parents this time because if i go there I know people will be coming in and out of the house all the time.

Did you have similar experiences, how did you manage the stairs, did you have a positive or negative experience.

Toddler has created a sleep "association"

Hello guys,
Ive been having a problem with my toddler
(24months) for about a week or more.
He used to sleep at 19:30 and then I would have alot of free time for me.
But now he will resist sleeping until 22:30, and by that time im already tired myself and I will usually fall asleep with him against my own will.
What hasn't changed is his waking time. He always wakes up around 6-7 in the morning. 6 is when I wake up to get ready for work.
Im really tired because im having no free time to myself and I also feel guilty because im pregnant and im scared he feels it and wants to spend time with me.
Also I breastfeed him so my husband cant help with the bedtime routine.

Any advice would be appreciated.
