So I'm new in this community and all I'm seeing is low quality uploads like some random hindi language clip or some random episode photo with the same "nostalgia" title over and over with like 8K views and 400 likes. And I've seen some fanart or discussion which has like 23 likes and not many views? Can someone recommend me actual good posts here because I've been into different anime fandoms too and they have so many quality discussions, theories, fanarts, animations and stuff.

I really hate the repeated stuff flooding the sub and I can't find anything. I would also love it if someone would suggest me some Fanfics and fanarts!

Okay so my mom was scrolling through her phone when she came up through this one where people were claiming that some statue of God sweats at night.

My mom was calling it a miracle already (facepalm) I said that i know why the statues "sweat" and she told me to explain.

I explained how it's due to moisture in the air, humidity rising, temperature changes and statues develop moisture on the outside thus people claim that the statue is sweating. And guess her answer??

"that's just a scientific reason, no one knows the reality."

And then I was silently side eyeing her the whole time because she began telling stories about gods and stuff.

I dodged a bullet because I was gonna say that "the scientific reason is the real reason!"

If i said that I won't be writing this.

Has this ever happened to you? Where parents claim something else while you are being logical..?

Also this was my first and the last time explaining her something logical, lmaoo!

I'm sorry if I put the wrong flair. I love cats, we all do. But there's something that's bothering me... I'm extra scared of scratches and love or playful bites from cats (even if they are vaccinated) it's not even because of rabies. I'm just scared of the pain... I know I sound dumb but I'll appreciate it if you guys really help me :( I provide food to stray cats but don't pet them because cats can be unpredictable. I'm really looking forward to adopting two or three furry friends in the future. I don't know if I'll make a good owner.
